Development of a career pathway in child care, child development, and/or early childhood education. Content includes licensing and permitting requirements in California for preschool teachers, aides, family home child care providers, and other child care careers, along with resumes, job searches, and other workplace readiness skills. A Child Care Provider Certificate of Completion is awarded upon completion of CHDN 1100, CHDN 1101, and CHDN 1102. Total of 18 hours lecture.
