This program provides students with the foundational skills and knowledge required to pursue entry-level positions in industrial fabrication and machining. The curriculum emphasizes practical, hands-on training in essential manufacturing processes, including technical drawing interpretation, drill press operation, lathe and vertical milling machine use, part setup, and basic inspection techniques. Students also develop competencies in process plan development, preparing them to contribute effectively to production workflows and meet industry standards.

In addition to technical training, the program integrates applied mathematics for industrial applications, enabling students to perform measurements, calculations, and data analysis relevant to machining and fabrication tasks. 

An Occupational Skills Certificate is awarded upon completion of all required courses with a grade of C or better.
