2202.00The Occupational Skills Certificate in Archaeological Fieldwork prepares students for entry-level work in cultural resource management. The program provides opportunities for students to actively engage in archaeological research in both a field and laboratory setting. Courses are designed to introduce students to a diverse range of professional skills, including survey and excavation techniques, mapping and documentation, and artifact identification, processing and analysis.
An Occupational Skills Certificate is awarded upon completion of all required courses with a grade of C or better.
