The ESLN Level 4 Certificate of Competency program provides integrated instruction in listening, speaking, reading and writing English language skills at a high intermediate level. The emphasis is on key grammar and vocabulary to enable high intermediate language learners to communicate effectively in the classroom, community and workplace.

A Certificate of Competency is awarded upon completion of all required courses.
