1701.00The Algebraic Foundations certificate program prepares students for transfer level mathematics. Students review arithmetic and algebraic content, as well as gain study skills and metacognitive strategies to be successful in transfer level math. The first course begins with integers, fractions, and decimals and the later course topics include equations, polynomials, and rational expressions. Students will work with an instructor and other students in a collaborative environment.
A Certificate of Competency is awarded upon completion of at least two (2) courses.
